Carly Cummings

Carly currently works with Coca-Cola Amatil in the role of National Linehaul & Network Optimisation Manager, working with Amatil’s Supply Chain team and external network partners to identify and implement strategically beneficial holistic network improvements. This includes working with transporters and existing customers and suppliers to identify backhaul and closed loop opportunities to reduce transport costs and kilometres travelled while maintaining or improving performance and customer service for all parties. This role will also take a macro view of the Australian supply chain to identify complementary future partners with similar network requirements who can work together to increase network utilisation and reduce costs for all.
