Planned Services Australia launches Support Request and Support Leads to connect NDIS Participants, Support Coordinators, and LAC\’s with support providers, simplifying the way disability services are sourced.

Planned Services Australia has launched two innovative services to help improve the lives of people with disabilities. Support Request and Support Leads aim to connect NDIS Participants, Support Coordinators and LAC\’s with Support Providers Australia-wide.

Support Request is a free service that allows NDIS Participants, Support Coordinators and LAC\’s to request specific support from providers Australia-wide, including remote areas. The requester nominates the number of responses they receive, giving them full choice and control over their support.

Support Leads is a revolutionary service that allows Providers of disability services to purchase verified leads with a 100% success or money-back guarantee. All leads have been verified and will come directly from NDIS Participants, Support Coordinators and LAC\’s.

With daily updates, Support Leads create a competitive marketplace, putting NDIS Participants in control and assisting in making the NDIS more sustainable.

Both Support Request and Support Leads have been designed to simplify the way disability services are sourced, ensuring that NDIS Participants and Support Coordinators have access to the best possible support. These services not only improve the lives and healthcare of people with disabilities but also create opportunities for disability support providers.
