Hours/Period of Appointment

Fixed-term, part-time, day work working 40 hours per fortnight to commence as soon as possible until July 2 2022. Notwithstanding hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant.

Note: This selection process may be used to fill casual roles if applicable.

Duties

In a multi-disciplinary and dynamic environment provide a range of administrative services to the Adverse Events Following Immunisation & Medication Allergy Clinic staff.

Essential Requirements

  • The Head of the State Service has determined that the person nominated for this job is to satisfy a pre-employment check before taking up the appointment, on promotion or transfer. The following checks are to be conducted:
1. Conviction checks in the following areas:
  • Crimes of Violence
  • Sex-Related Offences
  • Serious Drug Offences
  • Crimes involving dishonesty

2. Identification check

3. Disciplinary action in previous employment check.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Experience in a health setting.
