Who are we looking for?
We are seeking experienced applicants for the role of Administrative Assistant – COVID-19 (Vaccine Clinic) for North West Tasmania.
Details of Appointment:
1 x Part Time Fixed Term Shift Worker position working 60.8 hours per fortnight for 12 months
Reporting to the Executive Director of Nursing and Care redesign , this position provides administrative support specifically for the COVID-19 and Influenza Vaccination Programs. This position is critical to ensue all the vaccination data is logged to multiple data bases and providing support to the Workplace Health Unit and resource for the Nurse Immunisers as the COVID-19 Vaccination Program is rolled out across the North West.
Please note: subsequent appointments may be made from this process and notwithstanding hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant.
