Keep in contact regularly with older neighbours, friends or family

Set them up to use technology, then plan a regular time to connect

Cook a meal and leave it at their front door

Offer to run errands: pick-up groceries, clean their front lawn, buy medicine from the pharmacy

You can drop a note in their mailbox

or chat over the fence

Together, we can help stop the spread and stay healthy.
