I am an enthusiastic, flexible and dynamic physiotherapist with almost two years' experience at Churches of Christ Care. I feel privileged to work in aged care and thrive off challenges. My caseload is >750 residents and I work with >1000 staff members total. I utilise my excellent communication skills and a collaborative, innovative, and evidence-based approach to achieve exceptionally positive health outcomes for my residents. I'm an ambitious person with a growth mindset, out to make positive changes in healthcare. I have also recently become one of Leading Age Services Australia's Next Gen Queensland Ambassadors.
