Elizabeth is an Occupational Therapist with a keen interest in older adults, particularly those living with dementia. Whilst working in residential and community care, Elizabeth has been involved with numerous cultural change initiatives designed to improve quality of life and well being, including implementing the Montessori Approach for Ageing across a not for profit aged care organisation. Elizabeth is a sessional academic at Curtin University and the Founder of Memory Box Collective, which aims to bring joy to older adults through consultancy, training, research and resource development.
