After many years of successful growth, WentWest is planning for an exciting new future and is offering an opportunity to join our Primary Care Transformation and Integration team. As the Primary Care Transformation Manager, you will engage with healthcare providers and other stakeholders with a focus on increasing capacity and capability, inspiring change and supporting practices to address barriers to change. You will lead a team to drive various programs and initiatives across primary care, pharmacy, aged care and refugee health.
Candidates will be tertiary qualified and have experience in a health management related role and an in-depth knowledge of primary care, particularly general practice. You will need to demonstrate 5 years experience in successfully leading and managing people and experience in stakeholder management and engagement. The role will require knowledge of and experience with use of quality improvement methodologies.

This role is a full-time 18 month contract, with the possibility of continuation dependent on funding.
