As an Allied Health Assistant, your role is to support the effective delivery of care to Remedy at Home and Ramsay Connect clients. On a day to day basis you will be responsible for referral management, inquiry management, allocation of services, enrolment, and discharge. This role will integrate well with a team of clinical care coordinators and medical admin assistants, to applying excellent customer service and quality clinical care that achieves a positive outcome for the client.
