About the Department

The Department of Respiratory & Sleep Medicine provides a comprehensive service in all aspects of the investigation and management of respiratory and sleep disorders, including the full range of lung function testing, bronchoscopy service, home and lab sleep studies.

 

About the Role

The Administration Assistant is accountable for providing a range of clerical and administrative support to the Airways Clinic and the Respiratory Laboratory and its team.

 

The classification for this position will be a HS1 ($58,442.80 per annum).

 

Duties

  • Provide a timely and professional reception for all phone calls and visitors to the PO Airways Clinic
  • Maintain and provide a high level of customer service and professional standards at all times
  • Manage phone enquires and bookings for the PO Airways Clinic
  • Manage booking confirmations for the PO Airways Clinic
  • Manage diary for the PO Airways Clinic
  • Billing Airways PO Airways Clinic clients

 

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in providing administrative support
  • Proficiency in timely distribution of reports
  • Previous administrative experience in a Health or Community Service Environment
