• Providing patient centre customer service including:
• • Greet all customers
  • Handle enquires with a friendly and professional manner
  • Manage clerical and administrative responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient information data collection and processing of medical records
  • Assist nursing staff with indirect patient care under the supervision of Nurse Managers

Brisbane Private Hospital is a 181 beds facility which provides acute, surgical, rehabilitation, drug and alcohol and intensive care services.

• Experience in an acute patient focused Healthcare facility/Hospital
• Highly developed interpersonal and time management skills with the ability to work in multidisciplinary work environments
• Experience in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
• Accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of your work
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts. This position will be a minimum of 24 hours per fortnight working up to full time hours as required.
• Experience with Patient Information Systems (desirable)
