UnitingCare QLD is inviting applications from experienced Administration Officers at St Andrews War Memorial Hospital.

  • $32.23 – $33.05 p/h (FTE $63, 687 – $65,307) + 10% Super + NFP Salary Packaging
  • Location: Spring Hill, Brisbane
  • Permanent, Full Time

St Andrew’s War Memorial Hospital is a 250-bed facility in Spring Hill, Brisbane, which has been providing healthcare to patients since 1958. The Role:

Providing high quality administration support to the Risk & Quality Team, this position will see you respond to telephone and email queries in a professional manner, administration duties such as meeting coordination, minute and agenda preparation, confidential document control and management and personal assistant support to the Quality Manger.

The successful applicant will demonstrate:

  • 6-12 months general administration experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail and time management skills
  • Intermediate computer skills (MS Office Suite)
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
  • Availability to work early and late shifts
