What you’ll be doing

The Oral Health Contact Centre Officer provides a centralised administrative service to clients who access the public oral health service. Selection criteria follows:

 

  • Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with a wide variety of people both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality and abide by the NSW Health Code of Conduct in line with prescribed NSW Health policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrated experience to accurately and concurrently use common information and communication systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in an office environment and ability to perform routine administrative duties.
  • Understanding of and commitment to providing an excellent customer service.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to demonstrate motivation, and to take initiative within the bounds of the work role and capacity to work with minimal direction.
