Corporate Technology Services are seeking a fixed term temporary full-time AO4 Assistant Change and Release Officer until 28th November 2021 to join our team. Located in Brisbane the primary purpose of this position is to provide high-level client service through support for the governance of the change process for the critical ICT workforce management, payroll and S/4HANA solutions, facilitating change and governance processes and activities and co-ordinating solution change requests to be implemented where applicable. What we are looking for:

  • Experience using or demonstrated ability to quickly learn the use of Microsoft Office and specialised database applications, particularly
  • ITSM Management Tools, Microsoft Project and Excel for varying purposes including reporting, secretariat and audit.
  • Ability to coordinate change control processes and governance activities with extremely high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • High level of client service skills including working to deadlines and service level timelines.
  • High level in written and verbal communication skills including the ability to consult and negotiate with a broad range of stakeholders and create documentation with a high level of accuracy.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team with minimal supervision to produce defined outputs.
