Seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant and Document Control to provide high-quality support to the Safety, Risk, Quality, Compliance and Workers Compensation team at MQ Health.

  • Part time (approx. 20 hrs/week), permanent position available within Macquarie University Hospital and Clinics, as part of MQ Health.

THE ROLE:

To support the Safety, Risk, Quality, Compliance and Workers Compensation team by performing administrative work as directed by the Senior Manager; Safety, Risk, Quality and Compliance. This role will provide clerical and administrative services, including; document control, committee management and general administrative tasks.

Key Accountabilities include:

  • Provide secretariat services, including room bookings, calendar management, agendas, minutes) for Committee meetings
  • Provide general administrative support to the team
  • Maintain document control for the teams activities
  • Develop high quality and timely reports and presentations
  • Provide support and assistance with key projects as required

  • Recent experience (minimum 3 years) in an administrative support role
  • Minimum 3 years of committee secretariat experience
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks

  • Excellent computer literacy skills
  • Ability to work independently, use initiative and sound judgement
