About the Role

Work directly with the Motor Neurone Disease (MND) research team, providing administration support under the guidance of the Study Coordinators.
Data collection and data entry for specific patient results.
Maintain and prepare patient study documentation for study visits.
Assist with research group meetings, including scheduling.
Assist in the coordination and completion of all regulatory clinical trial documentation related to research ethics and governance.
Provide excellent customer focus in a friendly and helpful manner, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently in a written and oral capacity with all patients, their families and staff.
Perform a wide range of administrative duties, which include reception, scheduling, medical records and call centre/switch activities.
Create, process, track and distribute CEC’s for Neurology Outpatients efficiently and within designated timeframes and according to ieMR Business Rules
