Running an aged care facility is a complex task. Running an aged care facility in today’s COVID-19 environment is even more challenging – Staying on top of construction management, daily operational activities, budgets, planning whilst complying with regulatory requirements and being prepared for unannounced audits, whilst ensuring client safety and service quality.

In this 2-part interactive webinar workshop we will discuss the unique environment that is an aged care facility and how you can best manage your property in the current climate of COVID-19, including new standards and unannounced audits. We will also cover budgeting for preventative and reactive maintenance and dilapidation, and provide an introduction to Computerised Maintenance Management Systems and how they are used for aged care providers.

There will also be a special presentation from Nicholas Burt, the CEO of the Facility Management Association of Australia (FMA), who will address how facility management is evolving in the aged care industry.

This is your opportunity to raise any queries relating to the management of property. Please submit your questions before the workshop and we will make sure they are covered within the workshop material. There will of course be ample opportunity to raise questions during the sessions as well.
