Paul is a seasoned Executive with over 20 years of experience in analytics, program management, operations leadership, and process design. With a passion for developing teams that deliver value through data, Paul has held senior roles, including Head of Analytics, Head of Customer Remediation and Executive Manager of Data Science. Today, Paul leads the data science and analytics function at Mable and is leading the change on AI and LLMs. His team is dedicated to creating data-driven tools, products and services, delivering strategic insights and trusted advice, and developing world-class innovation to unlock and accelerate growth, enhance clients’ and support providers’ experiences, and enable Mable to achieve its mission.
